Local Shipping Information & Delivery
Process Of Delivery
- All orders will be sent out on every Tuesday & Thursday via trusted and reliable courier service
- Goods will be shipped out from store (Tuesday & Thursday) after payment has been verified.
- You will receive 2nd email confirmation from us along with the tracking number. Please track your order online or call the courier service directly.
- For inter-bank payment, the order will only be delivered once the transaction of payment is complete which usually takes about 1-2 working days
- To ensure speedy and punctual delivery of package, please provide the correct/detail address, city, state and country
- Please ensure that you have reviewed your shopping cart before submitting the order. We DO NOT combine shipment of multiple orders.
Local Shipping Charges (Within Malaysia):
1. All items will be sent via courier service - Pos Laju or AirPak.
2. We are offering Flat Rate & FREE Shipping fees within Malaysia with the condition below:
West Malaysia: Flat Rate RM 8, Free shipping on orders over RM 100
East Malaysia (Sarawak): Flat Rate RM 12, Free shipping on orders over RM 150
East Malaysia (Sabah): Flat Rate RM 14, Free shipping on orders over RM 150
3. For domestic orders, it typically takes 2-4 working days for delivery within Peninsula Malaysia and 3-5 working days for Sabah and Sarawak.
