Process Of Delivery

• All orders will be sent out during weekday except during public holiday via trusted and reliable courier service
• Goods will be shipped out from store within 1-2 Working Days after payment has been verified.
• You will receive 2nd email confirmation from us along with the tracking number. Please track your order online or call the courier service directly.
• For inter-bank payment, the order will only be delivered once the transaction of payment is complete which usually takes about 3 working days
• To ensure speedy and punctual delivery of package, please provide the correct/detail address, city, state and country
• Please ensure that you have reviewed your shopping cart before submitting the order. We DO NOT combine shipment of multiple orders.

International Shipping Charges:

1. All items will be sent via courier service - Fedex or AirPax

2. To check the shipping rate for your country, kindly add items in your shopping cart and checkout, it will automatic calculate the total shipping rate based on your delivery location & total item weight during checkout.

Customs and import duties

1. Any customs and import duties will be charged after the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

International shipping may be subject to additional taxes, duties or other customs fees - due at the point of delivery. Prettiestbabies.com reserves the right to cancel & refund any international order due to international export regulations, credit card verification, invalid or incomplete shipping information, etc.
